Our packages will fit most budgets, which include all setup & cleanup and free payment plan Package range from $299.00 up to $7,600.00



Package includes:
  • Up to 3 hours of time on the property
  • Time starts, when the Ceremony begins
  • Time may be added for additional fee. See "Extra Reception Time" toward the end of this page.

Ceremony Site:

Bridal Suites:
  • Access to Bridal Suite with amenities (1 ˝ hours before the ceremony begins)
  • Access to Grooms Dressing Room (1 ˝ hours before the ceremony begins)

Ceremony Floral & Decor:
  • Complete floral & décor for the Ceremony, Reception Sites and Dining Room wing (Ferns & Greenery) provided for gazebo ceremonies
  • 1 Isle runner (White or Burlap) for flower petals
  • Isle Markers (Shepard hooks, with your choice of antique lanterns, kissing balls, mason jars with simple floral arrangement or chair tiebacks on isle chairs (choose from select colors of floral)
  • 1 Registration Table with matching linen & table runner
  • All (off white) folding chairs
  • 1 medium silk Brides bouquet hand wrapped (select your choice of floral & design)
  • Up to 3 Bridesmaid silk bouquets hand wrapped (select your choice of floral & design)
  • 1 Groom silk boutonniere (select your choice of floral & design)
  • Up to 3 Groomsmen silk boutonnieres (select your choice of floral & design)
  • 2 Father's silk boutonnieres (select your choice of floral & design)
  • 2 Mother's silk corsages (select your choice of floral & design)
  • 1 Ring Bearer silk boutonniere
  • 1 use of Ring bearer pillow (or provide your own)
  • Use up to 2 flower girl baskets with silk petals
  • Use of unity candle setup or sand ceremony kit (or provide your own)

Reception:
  • All banquet rounds and chairs provided (tables seat 10 guests each)
  • All table linens, overlay's and runners with your choice of black or white chair covers with your choice of color for chair sashes
  • 1 Bridal party head table (or Sweetheart table, just seats the bride & groom)
  • All centerpieces custom made for guests tables (Your choice of large brandy sniffers, Effel Tower vases or Mason Jars)
  • 1 gift table with matching linens and table runner
  • Food tables, beverage station, cake table all with matching linens
  • All floral & décor in the Dining Room Wing to match your reception site

Certified Wedding Coordination:
  • Up to 1 hour of rehearsal time
  • Unlimited consults, direct ceremony & reception, assist with setup for the ceremony & reception, pin flowers on family, attendants, bridal party, distribute bouquets to bride, bridesmaids, help unload and load personal items, keepsakes to the designated person.

Music/DJ/MC :
Ceremony & Reception music provided by in house DJ/MC
  • Typed time line created from start to finish of the event
  • Free copy of the entertainment planner to assist with music selections and inter-actives
  • Consult with DJ/MC for music planning
  • Bose sound systems used for ceremony & reception with wireless mic

Catering:
Your choice of either:
  • Buffet
  • or Finger Foods

Buffet Meal:
  • Select 1 Entree, 3 sides, assortment of breads
    (menu of choices provided at vendor day, if not before)
  • Beverage station: Choice of 2 beverages (water is already included)
  • Use of The Courtyard Bar, for additional fee, Alcohol and/or regular beverages
If you choose not to use the Courtyard Bar, beverages will be setup in Dining Room

** All Alcohol must be purchased by client and delivered to the loft before wedding day**

We provide all clear plastic designer plates, cups, utensils and paper napkins
 

Finger Foods:
  • Select up to 5 (menu of choices provided at vendor day)
  • Beverage station: Choice of 2 beverages (water is already included)
  • Use of The Courtyard Bar, for additional fee, Alcohol and/or regular beverages
If you choose not to use the Courtyard Bar, beverages will be setup in Dining Room

Our Kitchen Staff will prep all left over food into (to-go boxes) to take with you
 

Wedding Cake:
75 guests & under:
  • 3 tier round cake with butter cream icing
    *Number of cake tiers are dictated by # of guests you have
  • Choose your cake design and flavor at Vendor Day
  • Additional charge for more than 1 cake flavor chosen, additional charge for difficult cake designs
  • Free cake tasting at Vendor Day (Decide your flavor choices before Vendor Day)
  • Cupcakes are also offered in place of a Wedding Cake
  • Provide your own Cake Topper or we will provide a standard topper or floral
  • Free use of Cake cutters (or provide your own)
  • Free use of Toasting Glasses (or provide your own)
  • Head chef will cut and serve your Wedding Cake, box up any left overs to take with you
  • Head Chef will wrap and preserve your top layer for freezing, to eat on your 1 year anniversary

If you provide your own cake, you must have someone to cut/serve, provide plates, forks and cake boxes & clean up.

If you provide the cake with no one to do the above tasks...we can for $125.00 added to your package.

** Please note: the Wedding Cake, cutting/serving, setup & clean up are included in the package

Both are licensed and insured in house photographers

  • Up to 4 HOURS of coverage for ceremony & reception
  • All edited images of your wedding day will be made available to you by direct download with copyright release. Edited photos can be purchased at a additional cost.
  • Additional time may be added for $100.00 per hour
  • Engagement sessions and Bridal Sessions can be added for additional costs
  • All edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery for direct download with copyright release
  • Images are uploaded to a preview site or Facebook for viewing or purchase

  • Team Bridal to setup & clean up
  • Non-refundable deposit required with a signed contract to secure date
  • Remaining balance due 1 month before wedding day
  • Free!! monthly payment plans available !
  • You may add any products & services to your package up to 1 month from wedding day. The additional costs will be added to your current balance
  • After Vendor Day, your wedding is planned! You're only responsible for your dress, formal wear, guest book & invitations any other items you want to bring, example: party favors, bridal party gifts etc.

Deposits are paid toward your package balance

Photography:
  • Extra photography time $100.00 per hour

Courtyard Bartender Service:
* MUST BE ADDED if you're having alcohol *

  • Liquor Liability Insurance policy included
    * Required only if using alcohol *
    * Client provides all the inventory. (Beer & Wine ONLY !) *
Rehearsal Dinner:
  • Price is determined by # of guests and menu selections
    * Figured separately from the wedding package*
Candy Bar:
  • You provide the candy, we handle setup and break down $75.00
    ( A great Party Favor Idea ! )
Cookie/Milk Bar:
  • Purchase cookies and milk from us (extra cost) or bring your own
  • Waffle bar with all the sweet toppings
  • Ice cream bar, hand dipped with all the extras (pricing is based on # of guests)
  • We will setup/clean up $150.00
Wedding Cake:
  • Square design upgrade: add $50.00
  • The # of tiers is determined by # of guests
  • Larger tier cakes are available for additional cost
  • Cupcakes available in place of a wedding Cake
  • Additional Flavors are $ 25.00 each
  • More difficult cake designs are subject to a price increase
Grooms Cake:
  • Starts at $75.00 and up
Floral & Decor:
  • Custom (you choose from stock at the loft for silk floral décor) $100.00 + tax
  • Upgrade to a custom silk Brides Bouquet (medium size) $50.00 & up + tax
  • Silk Floral Bridesmaids Bouquet: $25.00 & up + tax
  • Silk Groomsmen Boutonnieres: $8.00 & up + tax
  • Silk Corsages: $9.00 & up + tax
Fresh Floral upgrade:
For ceremony decor and reception décor, bride's bouquet, grooms & groomsmen boutonnieres
Pricing is based on current market prices of fresh floral

Entertainment DJ/MC:
  • Custom 1st Dance mix: $175.00
  • Special Lighting setup: $275.00
  • Special dances or segments which require extra programming time: $25.00 per hour
  • Rehearsal Dinner Entertainment: $250.00 up to 2 hours
LIVE Harp for Ceremony:
  • $325.00
Extra Reception Time:
  • $250.00 per each hour added
Other Services:
  • White Dove Bird Release (for Ceremony) $125.00
